Most leadership programmes train people to perform within existing systems. Imagination Lab is a structured, experiential workshop that uses play as a developmental technology to help leaders and teams question inherited assumptions, generate bold possibilities and translate imagination into accountable action.
Using Rita’s Head Taller Leadership Model, participants move through four phases: System Awareness, Playful Exploration, Imaginative Expansion and Future Performance.
Available as a two-day online workshop or a one-day in-person workshop for 10–15 participants. Every team leaves with a concrete Action for Growth plan.
